KoldKoncepts Refrigeration and Airconditioning Services was founded in 2022 by Fritz Bernardino Pagaduan — a former OFW HVAC-R technician and Project Manager who helped pioneer Water Loop (Hydro Loop) refrigeration systems in the Philippines, and led the launch of R290 Water Loop units at the 2019 Japan Supermarket Trade Show in Tokyo.
